Steps for Completing a Fillable Scheduling Card

1. Open the Fiillable Scheduling Card.

2. Type information into the document.

3. On your computer, click “File,” then click “Save As". The Fillable Scheduling Card must be saved to your computer.

4. Attach and email the completed Fillable Scheduling Card to Hart Middle School at Hartmiddleschool@rochester.k12.mi.us. Alternatively, you may drop off a paper copy to Hart Middle School, or email a photo of the completed Fillable Scheduling Card and High School Course Agreement (if applicable) to Hartmiddleschool@rochester.k12.mi.us.
